Napkin Decou-Page has a matte finish and is specially formulated to prevent tears when using lightweight and deligate napkins or tissue paper.

** The key to using napkins with Decoupage is remembering to remove the two layers of plain white napkin from the layer with the design. It is often easier to cut your design out first and then remove the other layers, this way it will not rip easily.
