This water based Beton Effect Relief paste has some grains and fibers inside which adds extra texture to your projects. Use with a stencil to add raised patterns and textures. It is quick drying and is just perfect if you are looking to create a concrete effect to a project. It can be applied to both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces which means you can add it to all your crafting projects big or small!
